The Deltoid's Daily Dance

Every day, whether through exercise, labor, or routine activities, the deltoid muscle plays a central role. Overuse, especially in activities requiring repetitive arm lifting, can inflame the deltoid tendons, leading to tendonitis. This condition is characterized by pain and tenderness outside the shoulder.

Tears and Strains

Impingement Syndrome
